Company Board Policies
Valuable for providing structure to the Board of Directors as well as ensuring the roles of Management and the Board are separated. Ensures that the Board's critical long term tasks are adequately addressed to facilitate the continuance of the business. Defines the Board's roles and duties together with its code of conduct.
Trust & Society Board Policies
With volunteers in the role of Board Member, the policies provide guidelines for adoption of good practice in the functioning of the Board particularly in ensuring the Board does not end up as a management sub-committee.
